Inspired by <a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/de\/2015\/03\/30\/energie-effizienz-auf-italienisch\/\">Edison Green Movie<\/a>, Blue Film suggests sustainable measures throughout all production phases of the film which are lowering the carbon footprint and are leading to economical savings. \u201cOur production is committed to use natural resources responsibly, saving energy, eliminating waste and reducing consumption to a minimum through sustainable mobility, alternative energy and environmental sustainability\u201d, says the Blue Film CEO. In this natural reserve, there was only one mini van allowed for the transport of\u00a0 the equipment. Produced in cooperation with RAI Cinema, <em>On Volcano<\/em> premiered at the 2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/en\/2015\/08\/03\/free-bikes-at-locarno-film-festival\/\">Locarno Film Festival <\/a>. The film was nominated as best documentary for the\u00a0 David di Donatello awards and distributed by Istituto Luce Cinecitt\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Further sustainable productions include the successful released web series<em> Ta Spantu<\/em> by Pierluca Di Pasquale which was produced as part of the <em>Heroes 2020 Project<\/em>. Launched by the <a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/en\/2016\/02\/18\/local-heroes\/\">Sardegna Film Commission<\/a>, the program supported film and TV projects that are raising awareness for sustainable behaviour but are also produced in an environmental-friendly manner.<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uDU8rjddqYI?list=PLWCpWCaoueu-O5q5WWFVArWxUMkDs22lb\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to this initiative, Blue Film also produced the award-winning short film <em>Raver Eolica<\/em> by Lucia\u00ecno Curreli which tells the story of a modern Don Quixote and his faithful squire. \u201cBlue Film has made this film in a sustainable and environmentally-friendly way\u201d, concludes the producer.
