For the sixth time, all accreditated festival guests can rent a bike for free for the first hours. The stations were the bikes are located are at the festival center in front of the Thermal, at the hotel Pupp as well as at the camping site.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/P1000622.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2532 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/P1000622-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"P1000622\" width=\"403\" height=\"302\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sponsored by the US company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.specialized.com\/de\/\">Specialized<\/a>, the Prague-based\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.skibikecentrum.cz\/obsah-kamenne-obchody\/\">Ski Centrum Bike<\/a> is in charge for the renting of the bikes and the technical service. &quot;We\u00a0 have 60 bikes in action at the festival,&quot;, reports a team member. &quot;In average, the bikes are rented a thousand times per day.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/P1000584-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2530\" src=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/P1000584-1-300x172.jpg\" alt=\"P1000584 (1)\" width=\"337\" height=\"193\" \/><\/a>But also waste management is an issue at the Czech film festival. The colorful labelled bins for paper, plastic, waste and glass are located at various places across the festival center. Furthermore, at several places in the city of\u00a0 Karlovy Vary are modern recycling bins in which the waste can be compressed up to one fifth of the total volume. The decision to do more recycling measures is based on\u00a0 an agreement beween the film festival and the city which was inspired by some suggestions of international festival visitors. The plastic trash is also reduced whenever possible. Instead of plastic bottles, the festival team is using gallons of water.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/P1000595.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2533 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/07\/P1000595-300x270.jpg\" alt=\"P1000595\" width=\"300\" height=\"270\" \/><\/a>The film application proccess are also changed to digital in Karlovy Vary to avoid the use paper.
