The drama received a <a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/en\/2013\/02\/01\/a-necessity-not-a-nicety\/\">Green Shooting Card<\/a> for undertaking sustainable measures during production by the <a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/en\/2017\/02\/11\/green-signals-in-germany\/\">Filmf\u00f6rderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein<\/a>. The productions receive additional support if they are managing their resources carefully during shooting, as Nevina Satta, CEO of the Sardegna Film Commission will explain. A recent example is the Italian Berlinale Competition film <em>Figlia Mia<\/em> by Laura Bispuri that did stick to the green protocol which was even cost-saving for the Rome-based production company Vivo Film.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/02\/PLA_102_089.036.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4193 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/02\/PLA_102_089.036-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"442\" height=\"249\" \/><\/a>Even the production of animated films can be sustainable.\u00a0 In France, several companies are using the heat emitted by the computers during rendering of animation and CGI effects in order to heat offices, residential buildings or even a swimming pool. Joanna Gallardo, Coordinator of <a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/en\/2017\/02\/15\/lets-green-it-in-post\/\">Ecoprod<\/a>, will talk about the activities of the French collective that brings together broadcasters, film funds, environmental organizations and technique associations which are pooling their strengths towards an environmentally-friendly film and television production\u00a0 in France.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n\nA great deal of experience with green production already has Italian Producer Carlo Cresto-Dina. In 2014, his production company <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempestafilm.it\/en\/\">Tempesta Film<\/a> patented the environmental impact reduction protocol <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempestafilm.it\/en\/ecomuvi\/\">Ecomuvi<\/a> for film and TV\u00a0 production. In order to manage precious resources and materials more carefully he\u00a0 is suggesting a zero waste life style. His motto is: &#8220;Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rot&#8221;.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The English language panel discussion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berlinale.de\/en\/programm\/berlinale_programm\/datenblatt.php?film_id=201802685#tab=filmStills\">Go for green<\/a> will be moderated by Birgit Heidsiek, Publisher of <a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/en\/about-us\/\"><em>Green Film Shooting<\/em><\/a>.
