Nora Fingscheidt&#8217;s feature film debut that implemented various sustainable measures during production, received a <a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/en\/2013\/02\/01\/a-necessity-not-a-nicety\/\">Green Shooting Card<\/a> by the<a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/en\/2019\/02\/09\/stay-grounded\/\">\u00a0Filmf\u00f6rderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein<\/a> (FFHSH). Producer Jonas Weydeman who was a speaker at the Green Film Shooting panel <a href=\"http:\/\/greenfilmshooting.net\/blog\/en\/2019\/02\/05\/sustainability-in-motion-at-the-berlinale\/\"><em>Sustainability in Motion<\/em><\/a> during the Berlinale, emphasized the importance of the eco-label.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/317729235\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The drama<em> System Crasher<\/em> is about an incalculable nine-year old girl that is pushed back and forth between foster families and community homes.\u00a0 During the production of this feature film that was mostly shot in Hamburg, the producers from Kineo, Weydemann Bros. and Oma Inge Film implemeted various sustainable measures. They used renewables and energy from the grid as well as low-emission generators and eletric vehicles. Sets, props and costumes were donated to charitable institutions after the production wrapped.\u00a0 The catering department avoided the use of plastic bottles, while organic waste was composted.
