The filmmaker gained international reputation with his feature film <em>Woman at War<\/em> about an environmental activist who sabotages power supply lines. Presented at the Cannes Critics\u2019 Week in 2018, the comedy drama won him the SACD Screenwriting Award.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/U2v3_jHrvBQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n<p>At an industry event in Karlovy Vary, Erlingsson criticized that more than 1.600 films are produced in Europe, but never find distribution outside their own country. The filmmakers sees a danger in &quot;the age of entertainment&quot;.
