Wanted: Sustainable Event Management intern

The Volvo Ocean Race is looking for an Sustainable Event Management intern for six up to twelve month in Alicante, Spain. Starting immediately, this is an opportunity for a super organized, highly computer and desktop research proficient, university student studying in events, communications, and of course sustainability. The Sustainable Event Management internship will include a modest monthly payment and flight costs. The accommodation is provided for first two months.The intern won’t be travel with the race.

All applicants must have EU residency. The Volvo Ocean Race considers an undergrad or post grad student. An option is also a thesis work in co-ordination with this role, but must also undertake internship/assistant duties.

The application for the Sustainable Event Management internship should include a description of any relevant experience, a self-evaluation why he or her is the right person for this job and an explanation about his or her passion for events and sustainability. Every topic should not be written any longer than one paragraph. Only current university students with EU residency or work status can apply.
