Deadline for Deauville Green Awards

The Deauville Green Awards which take place from June 9 to 11 for the fourth time in the famous French beach resort at the Normandy coast, will present a programme with audiovisual productions that deals with subjects such as ecology and sustainable development.

 

Until April 10, filmmakers and companies can submit their corporate films, commercials and TV documentaries which will be shown in 15 different categories: Climate change & society, Transportation & eco-mobility, Agriculture & green economics, Eco-tourism & responsible travel, Sustainable production & circular economy, Organisations & social responsibility, Innovations & sustainable technologies, Demographic transition and dependence, Renewable energies & sustainable technologies, Health & environment, Housing & eco-Innovations, Sustainable nature & preservation, Responsible consumption & eco-labels, Business & eco-performances, and Handicap & humanitarian help.

After Germany, this year Austria will be the country of honor at the Deauville Green Awards. Austria where more than half of the whole energy is tradionally generated by water power, is also a pioneer if it comes to sustainable agriculture. Various screenings, panel discussions and meetings during this three-day-event will show experiences and examples of sustainable methodes and ecological approaches. The Deauville Green Awards will close on June 11 with the awards ceremony where the trophies for each section will be given out in 15 different categories.
