By presenting the largest selection of reflectors, Dedo Weigert will feature incomparable advantages in the areas of green tech and ecology. Variable and motorized reflectors RGB-ACL lights up to 1,800 W, perfect color and performance, supplemented by optics that functionally expand the reflected light and also offer synchronization of colors and intensity.

At Euro Cine Expo, attendees can enter two fully equipped, live sets in the new Camera & Lens Zone, and try out the latest cameras, lenses, and accessories in real-world shooting environments. In-depth demos and panel discussions will be running in the adjoining theatre so that visitors can learn directly from the manufacturers and creatives shaping the future of cinematography. The new Rental Village will provide a dedicated area for the industry’s top rental houses to showcase their kit and expertise.

Moreover, visitors can take part in two full days of expert-led panels, workshops, and technical seminars designed to inspire and inform. The IMAGO Technical Committee  (ITC) will run an extensive program of more than twelve sessions in the symposium program, which offer in-depth technical insights for cinematographers, crew, technicians and all industry professionals involved in the production process. The sessions cover topics such as look management, color, light demands, and production workflow.

The award-winning Finnish cameraman Rauno Ronkainen will focus on the cinematographer’s role and tools in creation of “the Visual Score” for the film and also the cinematographer’s attempts to control the uncontrollable. Visual dramaturgy is a key role when a cinematographer makes any attempt to interpret the relationship between the written story and visual dramaturgy. Relationship with the written form and visualization can be either in sync or in contra punctual, but eventually the combination of both aims to create emotional and psychological impact – in the own language of the cinema.

At the color science seminar, Tim S Kang calls for the end of color control confusion. The color changing LED lighting also brought unintended consequences such as forced color choices, loss of direct color control as well as unforeseen technical barriers.

Acclaimed cinematographer Bill Bennett has developed a signature approach to capturing vehicles in their best light. This hands-on seminar begins with a showcase of standout commercial work, followed by a detailed breakdown of the lighting setups and techniques used—supported by behind-the-scenes photos and video. He will demonstrate his studio-based method for mimicking the beauty of “magic hour” lighting using a scale model, giving visitors a practical, step-by-step look at the process.
