Deauville Green Awards call for submissions

The 15th edition of the Deauville Green Awards will feature films, campaigns, and audiovisual initiatives committed to building a more sustainable future. Producers, agencies, broadcasters, and companies can submit documentaries, commercials as well as institutional and corporate films on subjects such as ecology and sustainability to the festival. Documentaries need to have a length of more than 25 minutes while the maximum length of commercials is 30 seconds and 25 minutes for institutional and corporate films.

 

The three competition categories of the festival are structured in fifteen different topics such as fighting climate chance, preservation of biodiversity, energy transition, sustainable agriculture, human righs as well as innovations and technologies. The award winning films will receive Golden and Silver Green Awards. Moreover, the international jury of over eighty experts will award three Grand Prizes.

 

The French filmmaker, photographer and environmental activist Yann Arthus-Bertrand will serve as the patrom for the Deauville Green Awards. For more than thirty years he dedicated his vision and voice to the planet by shooting documentaries such as Earth from Above, Home and Human. His commitment to ecological transition, biodiversity and public awareness underlines the approach of the Deauvile Green Awards to harness the power of images to accelerate awareness and inspire action.

 

The 15th edition of the Deauville Green Awards will take place at the Good Planet Foundation in Paris on June 10, 2026. In addition to film screenings, the event fosters exchanges between creators, experts, and changemakers. Films can be submitted to the festival until March 31, 2026.
